Hotel a Waterloo

“Interesting place but little to no amenities. No housekeeping while we were there. Definitely in need of repairs. Questionable electrical. We were told the “chef” doesn’t always show up. ”

“Parking safe and easy, staff accommodating, and continental breakfast was perfect for teenagers!”

“We've stayed at several Comfort Suites and never had an issue, but this one was very below par. The facilites are in extreme need of a conplete overhaul. The room was dark, everything looks pretty worn out and the bathroom was extremely dingy. There was a lot of rusting going on and it felt dirty. The dining chairs are worn out and the breakfast was okay. We will not be coming back and do not recommend this hotel to anyone until some updates have been made. ”

“We stayed here for a baseball tournament weekend, and I would warn other tournament families before booking. The main issue was the front desk employee, Cindy. She was rude, accusatory, and claimed our kids were running the breezeway, slamming doors, and knocking on rooms she “saw on camera.” The problem was one of the families she blamed was not even at the hotel at the time. “The pillows were small like the pillows you have on your couch. They was so flat you needed three pillows to make one. FYI take your on pillows. They was very old. Still needing some updates. Doors need to be replaced. Bathroom needs work. ”

“Room 305 was neat and clean. Desk clerk was helpful and courteous, although desk seemed abandoned at times. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. The overall building facility seemed not quite up to Hampton Inn quality. ”

“Writing I recently stayed at the Rodeway Inn from March 27th–29th, and I had a wonderful experience. The manager, Rakesh Goswami, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—his helpfulness truly made a difference in our stay. Our housekeeper was also exceptional, keeping everything clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
