“Hotel was conveniently located for what I needed for a week of work and the staff were very lovely and helpful. The lobby and common areas are pristine and the breakfast was really good every day. Love the Costa coffee in the lobby and they offered cookies daily:) I want this property to be 5 stars so bad, but there were definitely some things that could use attention! “My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. I ended up having to clean parts of the bathroom myself, which was very off-putting. The room itself was not terrible, and the hotel has a modern look, but the lack...
