“This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need. “We stay at this hotel in a visit to murphys California, this hotel is very easy to find next to the road. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and spacious. I believe that they are working on renovation of some rooms but it's a great place to stay. Very closer from the main street of murphys downtown.”

“Cleanliness: room was not cleaned. New towels were put up and that was it. There was a ton of hair and dirt in the bathtub and bathroom sink. After only walking in the room for 5 minutes, the bottom of my socks were black, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom, there was hair and dirt in the bed suggesting that new clean sheets were not put on and the bed was just remade after the last guests used it. “While the restaurant was excellent, the hotel quaint and the town wonderful, there were a few concerning features of my stay. The elevator was out for my entire stay with no advance notice, necessitating carrying a suitcase up and down a steep staircase. The carpet in the room was very extremely old appearing, and the bed was very uncomfortable without support and left me with a backache. For the high price, I was disappointed. There was no refrigerator or safe in the room either.”
