“The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker and the sink were very convenient to use especially if you have a family. The property is better than 2 star, around 2.5. Would recommend staying here again especially if you want to explore Murphys and the Arnold areas. ”

“Had to get mad and demand a bottom floor room as they promised me. Lampshade was stained and broken as well as the light didn't work. The top sheet for our rollaway bed was stained. Asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1. Toilet plugged up at 5am and nobody in the lobby to help. Lobby was closed and the # you call for help didn't work and neither did ringing the bell. “The room refrigerator and bathtub was dirty, the small bathroom window screen was torn, the bathroom light above the only mirror in the room had 2 of the 3 bulbs were out. The sheets and towel were clean but stiff, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. ”

“A good place to stay. Great staff beautiful area friendly people. This was off season so no traffic practically no other tourists anywhere. Rooms had flannel sheets and lots of blankets to stay warm during a cold night unlike most motels. The heater was loud and there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms so if you go off season it’s hard to find a place to eat.
