“Everything was clean in the room, but it was very hot to sleep in (the thermostat was set at 70 degrees when we walked in). We turned the heat off, thinking that would help, but then turned on the A/C and set it at 68, but it remained hot - too hot to sleep. I told the front desk and they said that the 3rd floor is hot.
