“This property was undergoing significant renovation /construction : the exterior wall of the lobby was removed and comprised of one table and a row of chairs against one side and the public hall and elevator floor had construction debris. There was no memtion on Expedia of any sub-standard condition at time of booking.”

“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“The room that was reserved had a toilet that did not work at all and with a late arrival, this was really lousy.. The room that we reserved was deluxe. There was nothing deluxe about that room. We were given another room that had filthy rugs which were not properly vacuumed, and bits of food were scattered throughout and left from former occupants. The faucet for the sink was disgusting with mold and grime. The grounds around the facility were not cleaned from dog feces and had broken glass on...
