“Overall it was a good stay! The staff are great and the room was great! The only downsides were that we like to take the stairs and you can only go to the second floor if you want access to the lobby, if you go to the first floor the stairs lead directly outside. There is a warning sign for that on the second floor, which is really helpful. And the lobby bathroom apparently takes a separate key obtained from the front desk, the room keys didn’t work for us.
They don’t have onsite parking but...

“I was so disappointed with my stay here. There were stains on the wall. The lampshade was broken. There was cracks in the wall. The only semi decent claim is the bathroom. I still showered with my slippers because I was afraid of catching something I had a late flight and arrive at the hotel at 11:30 PM. Otherwise I would’ve been looking for another place to stay. The filters on the air conditioner were compacted with dirt that had accumulated over the decades. I was afraid to unpack, and I...

“The location was very convenient, close to UB North. Staff were great, supplying extra washcloths and towels promptly upon request. The breakfast had variety and was available in a pleasant bright space.
Out unit would have been improved if a towel rack had been installed close to the bathroom sink. All in all though it was a good place for our 6-day stay.”
