“The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast.”

“I had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered at Quality Inn. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor, the pillows were torn and visibly unclean, and the door lock was broken, creating both hygiene and safety concerns.
When I reported these issues, the staff offered me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. It had a strong chlorine-like smell and showed similar cleanliness problems. At that point, I did not feel comfortable...

“The floors were very dirty. The bathroom had smashed bugs on the wall. The toilet base was beyond disgusting. The bathtub coating was missing a big piece.
The staff were helpful and friendly.”

“Stay away from this hotel! Staff are rude, arrogant and disrespectful! I was called “Ahole” by front desk agent on Jun/6 2:35 am. I was driving from Cincinnati to Cleveland and I knew I will arrive late. I called hotel at 10:39 pm to notify them about late arrival around 2 AM. The front desk agent said no problem we will be waiting for you. I arrived at 2:35 AM finding out from the front desk staff that my reservation is gone!!
I was frustrated so I asked what to do, I just drove 3.5 hours...
