“We were never able to get wifi, and the coffee pods were used. Which is ok considering that the accessory packs for coffee weren't refilled either. No cups either, but if that's the worst thing, everything else was pretty good. Multiple options for eating, if you need a quick snack there's vending machines with microwave meals”

“Hotel was clean and in a good location. There were no coffee makers in rooms and no ice machine on the property. When I asked at checkout as I was packing up, the staff told me there was an ice cube tray in my freezer. Would have been helpful the night before so I could have filled it up and had at least a few cubes of ice for the road! There was only one push button coffee machine in the lobby and the sugar and cream options were the most basic I have ever seen. It was pitiful. Other than that...

“We got to use the pool which was perfect. Our room was clean and well kept overall. The coffee table was not sturdy and it wobbled from being moved I suspect. The TV wasnt connected to the Internet and I was told to call a 1800 number to fix it. I was surprised how well that worked. The door frame was bent and coming off as it's been hit with a maids cart before - only cosmetic but it does matter to the overall look. Our room on the 3rd floor was exceptionally quiet and that is what matters...

“Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs and undercooked sausage and bacon. Inedible at best. Unfortunately we had booked three nights and never felt safe...
