From the moment we walked in the hotel the front desk agent was less than helpful and had awful customer service. We had specifically requested a conjoining room with our friends that were staying there as well. When checking in I asked if it room was conjoining and the lady said there was no way she could check the notes and see that we requested that. I told her that is what I wanted since that is what I requested. The clerk told me we could take care of it tomorrow and I said "no", "we will take care it now ". The pool closes promptly at 10pm so if you want to swim later better guess again. Our refrigerator in the room froze my drinks and they exploded. Our friend in the other room, theirs was not even plugged in and everything in it went bad. There was trash underneath the bed frame as well. Breakfast ends promptly at 10am and they will shut the lights off on you even if you are still in the breakfast area. I had to request several food items to be refilled. I requested more scrambled eggs to be made but he said since breakfast was almost over he want going to. ( I had been down at breakfast for 20 minutes and the eggs were low even then). They then proceeded to shut everything down promptly at 10 am and closed the door off and shut the lights off. I have never felt so rushed out of an area in all of my stays at other hotels. The only positive experience was once we talked with the manager and she genuinely apologized for everything and tried to make up for our experience
