“Rex in the restaurant was so polite and an excellent server. Overall the staff was very good and helpful. Often you had to wait for help..it’s a busy hotel. It would be nice to have more direction on how to navigate IAH BEFORE you have to ask. Things like having to check your bag in terminal C if flying United, even if your leaving from another gate The whole subway and sky rail could be explained better at hotel. Food was good. Coffee bar good. I would recommend above the competition. .”

“The first room that they gave us the shower wasn’t working and the second room didn’t have a phone. They said they went through renovations but I don’t see it at all. The paint is blotchy and the curtains have holes on them.
Breakfast was plain not what you would expect from a hotel. There was only hard boiled eggs, biscuit with sausage and egg, cereal, and toast.”

“The facilities were clean and the breakfast was fine;
However the bed was not comfortable and it made squeaky sounds as it had a wooden frame wich was falling apart; making it hard to sleep;
On top of that I forgot my phone charger and when I went there next day to see if I could get it back the person at the lobby was very rude and told me that if I wanted any solution to my problem that I should go to the police for that; Definitely not the answer I was hoping for,

“La struttura, nel complesso non è male ma la camera e il bagno meriterebbe di un ammodernamento. La pulizia in generale è discreta ma il vetro dell'ascensore panoramico era piuttosto sporco. La colazione scarsa, poca scelta e non c'erano nemmeno il latte caldo e il succo d'arancia. Ma soprattutto il personale poco cordiale, non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso. Peccato!”
