“Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. We are accustomed to staying in places wear as a paying customer our basic needs are met! We did observe a housekeeping cart in the hallway, we express to the young lady at...

“The pool, breakfast /lounge area /food and accessibility to the rooms from parking lot were great. Staff was nice.
I did not like the noise from the thin ceilings inbetween first and second floor.
It wasn’t the guests fault. I think it is the age of the hotel.
It was hard to fall asleep sometimes.
Other than that the experience was great.”

“Stayed here the weekend of my 50th Yale reunion. I cannot thank the hotel staff for taking such excellent care of me and their other guests. Reception was friendly, welcoming, and courteous; my room was beautifully clean and spacious, design highly functional, sleep quality excellent; breakfast was simple but good, with excellent service. I have friends in New Haven, and will happily stay here again when I come to visit them.”
