“The property was clean and staff was nice. I love that breakfast is included, but the options were limited (as expected, but I was hoping to be proved wrong lol). The beds are comfortable, but there was a smell of chlorine in the rooms (possibly from housekeeping/cleaning). Overall, it was a good stay, and I’d stay again for another short trip.”

“I was disappointed by my experience at this hotel. While the property itself was fine, the way I was treated regarding my service dog was unacceptable.
I informed the staff that my dog is a legitimate service animal, yet I felt that my statement was questioned and doubted. Instead of being treated with respect, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest. As a result, I was charged a pet fee that, according to the rules regarding service animals, should not have been charged.

“This was our 5th year coming to this hotel. It definitely has more wear on it than the past years however I believe it’s under new management so repairs are in process. Staff is always amazing along with the food and entertainment!”
