“Our stay was exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, and robes and pool towels were also provided. It was lovely to soak in the hot pool while admiring the beautiful mountains all around. Dinner in the bar was delicious and wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!”

“it has been a long time since the entrance to a hotel did not have doors that opened automatically - here you have to carry luggage and open doors at the same time.
The breakfast offerings were the worst of the “breakfast included” options of hotel chains.
Staff were fine - just would not choose this option again - there are much better choices in this price range”

“It was a great location, but…. Our cabin was very run down (looking around a lot of the cabins looked nice, perhaps we just had bad luck). In order to open the cabin door you had to put your shoulder into it, and to close it had to slam it very hard!! When doing dishes the sink wouldn’t drain, after a shower, outside smelled like septic tank, toilet seat kept falling off, bathroom faucet handle kept falling off, couldn’t close the bedroom door because the door was opened against the wall and...

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Would have been nice to know before booking how small the room was, found out after booking but luckily we were only there one night so it was ok. Offered us towels if we went to the hot springs, it is a code used for the door which was great, didn’t have to worry about a card or key. Checking in was easy and the staff made sure all was good, accompanied us right to the room to verify we were happy with it. Definitely would...

“Front desk not at front door, must ring outside bell and limited check in times. Carpets need cleaning, stains, mud in hall. Clean room and nice individual breakfast in bright dining room but only one person available to both take orders and cook for all guests.”
