“My husband and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. Being very unfamiliar with the Oakland airport area we did not venture out. We enjoyed relaxing with a couple cocktails. We stayed in and had dinner and breakfast.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room was very clean.
Parking was close and safe.
The room temperature was very comfortable”

“Don't loose anything. You won't get it back.
Accidentally left a very expensive scarf in our room, Called immediately before catching our flight. Staff assured us the item left would be held by housekeeping until we returned. That the scarf would be held for 30-days. Upon return the staff could not retrieve the scarf and then claimed the hotel had no policy to hold lost items. Came across as a scam.”

“A very nice hotel, clean comfortable roomy.
Appreciated the step in shower.
Parking could be better, had to compete with maintenance vehicles for spaces.
Overall though a good experience. I would book there again.”

“The hotel is quite dated and needs to be improved, the room was lacking ambience, the walls are bare with only one big picture of a tree stump over the bed and no other artwork and the room and halls are dark and need more lighting. The bathroom has an old feeling, there is mold on some of the tile grout particularly along the base of the tub, the bathroom walls are also bare with one knob to hang a wet towel and nowhere to hang a hand towel. The closet is dark and difficult to see the...
