“Our room (434) must be directly next to the water lines for the building. There was a sound of running water 24/7 and was very difficult to sleep through.
Separately, this hotel has awful wifi. When we asked the front desk about the wifi password, she said it was public and there was no secure network, and spoke to us rudely and with a serious attitude, as if we were asking an outlandish question. I would not have booked a hotel without a reliable and secure wifi network, as I had work to do on...

“The staff was very helpful. The facility was well kept. The beds were very comfortable.
On the negative side, however, the restaurant was not open for some reason on our first night, and the bar was not open for all of the advertised hours. Also the pool was closed for maintenance for our first night”

“Room was interesting. Loved the spiral staircase down to the bathroom and the jacuzzi tub (stayed in the Music Room). Property is beautiful. You get a complimentary wine tasting and continental breakfast at Belhurst Castle. Check-in is at Belhurst which we didn't realize. Luckily it is only a few miles away so not a big deal to get there and back. No hotel staff at White Springs Manor.
Negatives: Bathroom had no door.... was located in the lower level of the room (bed was upstairs) but still...
