“The front desk staff were quite rude when asked basic questions. The room i had, 817, was in horrible condition. floors were dirty, toilet paper holder was haphazardly hung on the wall and fell off during my stay. I wont be coming back as there are plenty of options in that area to stay and get a higher quality of service. The only bright point was the bartender. The food was good and the service was what I expect from a Hilton hotel.”

“I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Jacksonville Mayo Clinic. This beautiful new hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. Everything was spotless, modern, and well-maintained, which is exactly what you would expect from a property that has been open for less than a year.

“The hotel and people who worked there were nice. However, trying to fall asleep was a nightmare. If your hotel room is next to the public parking and the bars. Then I suggest you ask them to switch your room. The noise was unbearable and it was just extremely loud. I heard people laughing, screaming, crying, loud noise until about 3 in the morning, every single day.”
