“All’arrivo la struttura è molto bella, maestosa, ci si aspetta lo stesso dalle camere,in realtà non è proprio così, le stanze andrebbero sistemate un pochino meglio nei particolari(poteva valigie rotto, cestino rotto, rubinetto nella vasca rotto). La colazione molto buona e varia, la piscina altrettanto ma ho trovato estremamente assurdo per una catena di questo calibro rientrare in camera e trovare il bagno ancora sporco con capelli a terra, asciugamani parzialmente cambiati, bicchieri sporchi...

“L albergo é in una zona strategica fra little Italy e Gaslamp quarter e seaport park sicura adatta anche a passeggiate serali. Come tutti gli USA San Diego ha prezzi abbastanza cari. Albergo grande ma in ordine ha la piscina e la pulizia discreta. Colazione consiglio seaport village. ”

“Stayed here for one Friday night to catch a Padres game. Will definitely stay again. Walking into the stadium is awesome. Coming back from stadium into hotel was kinda hectic cause everyone had to go down to first floor elevator lobby. Rooms were clean, staff helpful and polite. The shampoo, lotion etc smell amazing.
Tons of stuff within walking distance. Great stay!”

“My experience at this hotel was Not exceptional, and here’s why , for the amount I payed for nightly I would expect the furniture to be updated but it wasn’t it was old , black stains ,the carpet had a moldy smell the shower head had visible calcium deposits and to top it off the conditioner was not refilled thank goodness the shampoo and body wash was filled (p.s. typically this is filled before a client checks in …you would think )
Our room did not have a refrigerator the window did not...

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities.
Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. Opinion very good on the whole. Thanks, Francesco Bonini”

“Great location and a beautiful hotel. Walls on the 4th floor are thin. Could hear people talking walking down the hallways. Can hear the toilet flush next door to the room. Was given a voucher for the bar or coffee counter to cover the resort fee. We don't drink so we chose to get a Frappuccino. They said they didn't have the ability to make them even tho they are on the menu. They also will only honor it for hot coffee. So we ended up giving the vouchers to the first person we saw. Also,...
