“I would not recommend this hotel. We booked a room that was supposed to have a king-size bed, but when we arrived, we were given two twin beds instead. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, the A/C in the room wasn’t working. Thankfully, there was a lamp with a fan attached to it because the room was unbearably hot.
The customer service was one of the worst parts of our stay. Many of the servers were rude and disrespectful, even when we tipped them. They made us feel...

“Overall, the resort is nice, fun and safe. Staff super nice and helpful. The room was a little outdated. The TV fell off the wall during our stay and had to call maintenance. Scheduled a private birthday dinner that included a private chef. The chef was scheduled to meet us up at our room at 6:25 to escort us. Waited 20 minutes with a no show. Went down to the service desk to make sure it was canceled ($150) and they were giving us the run around until I told them we were not in the mood...
