“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“Never get discouraged by other peoples reviews, we chose Town and Country for the aesthetics, proximity and to be honest the slide since our little one was uber excited for this trip. We traveled to San Diego for a graduation and made a mini vacay out of it, Lego Land followed by our stay at this resort. Everything from check in to check out was flawless. Only regret is we didn’t get to the bar until last call and we instantly regretted it since the tequila sunrises’ we ordered were exceptional....

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities. Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion.
