“Staff very polite and helpful, however the lifts in the resorts were really bad, very slow and not enough lifts for the number of rooms, sometimes i had to wait well over 5 mins to get into the lift, my room was on the 8th floor do could not really use the stairs”

“Good location right on the water, pool and gym were very nice but we had a bad experience since our air conditioning did not work and we were only offered another smaller room that had water stains on ceiling…Parking should be free.”

“Myself and my partner were really impressed by the beautiful decor at Lanelay Hall the hotel and our room was very spacious - the biggest room I’ve ever had whilst staying at a hotel. The happy birthday treats and petals were a really kind lovely touch too. The location was disappointing as we pulled up to the hotel gates in a housing estate (our expectation was a countryside hotel). Also one of the skylight blinds was broken in our room and left a gaping hole of bright light into the room which...

“We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great atmosphere.
What really stood out was the staff—everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome and added to an already enjoyable experience.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

“A special stay in a friendly and professional hotel. From a friendly welcome through to the young staff on in the restaurant and housekeeping delivering excellent service combined with that pop of extra friendliness that gives the 5 star rating. “Beautiful, comfortable boutique hotel stay with exceptional staff. Marie was wonderful, acquainted us with the history of the Castle and the wonderful hotel amenities.
