As we were travelling as a family with a child in a pram this became a little difficult. ”

“Great hotel for a stay in Cardiff. Lovely staff. Comfortable room. Everywhere walkable. Bit difficult finding their car park as you are directed down a bus car and taxi access road. There are signs leading to that road but a bit confusing. Would help to have a sign on the access road saying Marriott parking. ”

“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa cosa, mi sono messo la sveglia al cellulare 10 minuti prima, ho atteso che squillasse la sveglia hotel alle 630 am ma niente (la suoneria del telefono...

“Everything good, check in , room , food all great One issue…a jobsworth at the grill restaurant…empty restaurant at 6.30pm (not a single person there) I walk up and say table for one , he looks at me, looks at his list, sucks his teeth and after a pause says could you come back at 9.30pm! His manner was rude and full of himself rather than explaining there was a part of Yanks in and it would be full in 20 mins. So went to the bar and they were great and had the same food without the ego! ”
