“Had a problem in our first room but was dealt with quick and moved. The view was amazing the only thing missing was somewhere to sit on the balcony Breakfast had so much to choice from. ”

“The Heronston is a lovely hotel, lovely refurb, pool and dining. We just had a few issues which made it not so great. - steam room was out of order - ran out of towels as the hotel was let down by their linen company (but should have contingency) - strange process for accessing spa which means relinquishing your room key for a spa key but the reception is NOT close to the spa and you have to walk round ‘pool ready’ which is very inappropriate - the fan in the bathroom is so loud it kept us...

“We booked a nights stay as we have recently booked our wedding at this hotel, we couldn't of asked for a better place to get married, rooms were excellent, spa was busy but it was valentine's weekend and the food was superb. We are more than happy to share with our family and friends after our nights stay”
