“A lovely hotel on situated towards the northern end of the promenade in Llandudno. The communal areas both inside and out are lovely and the staff are very friendly. The food served in the restaurant is tasty and well priced. We paid for breakfast to be included and it was delicious. We had a room with a sea view located at the front of the property and it was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable, too. “Everything was perfect, except on the last day Sunday 27th july. Service at breakfast was very poor. 5 staff stood talking at reception desk at breakfast and had eaten breakfast before we ask 3 staff for coffee or tea. We waited 20 minutes before we got tea & coffee. Otherwise everything was perfect. ”

“Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno. ”
