“It is newly renovated; however it was done in a sloppy manner. The door handles were all loose, there were no bulbs in the side lamps I. The bedrooms or a place to plug in if it happen to have a lightbulb. The communication was very poor, it took ages to answer messages and some went un answered. I tried calling several times but only go through on two occasions. The first time the person was helpful the other they were unable to resolve the issue. “Awful! Do not stay here. Absolutely stank of sewage, contacted the owner and was ignored, contacted again the day after and again ignored. A man then turned up at pur apartment late afternoon asking if we had "stepped in dog sh*t" and we hadnt and answered no so he then went on to tell us he ignored our message because he thought it was a scam but he checked the pipes and there was no issues and it hadnt smelled when he was there before we got there. All was in working order and had all we needed for our stay. The host was very friendly and gave us a comprehensive welcome email for arrival- including some very useful directions for the labyrinth that is Saundersfoot! There were no issues with check-in, parking or check-out.”
