“The tv didnt work at all , no remote there cubard.in toilet fell on me.in there, 4 button on seating were mising exposing bear sharpe metal called office about tv said someone be over in few mins waited 3 hours called out of hours services man came over in 5 mins changed tv , thick cobwebs inside fire not been cleaned bird poo over front window looks like it been there a couple weeks as hard on window, scissors didnt work nor did tin opener, no spatular , big chunk of plastic mising out...
