“Desk agent was rude upon check in. There was signs posted stating there was no early check-in and if early check-in was needed, an additional $50 charge would be added. When I went into the room, there was a wet towel behind the door shower glass door was extremely dirty and the phones did not work in the room. I switch rooms and the AC barely work and the property was not properly clean as the shower glass doors in that room was also dirty. My bed linens had stains on them but by this time I...

“Woke up with random bites and staff would not pick up the phone or talk for days. One of our friends had been messed with inappropriately and they would not move our floor after the guy tried to enter room. Would not do anything about situation”

“It is kinda off the beaten path but not too far out from downtown. The breakfast was good, the interior was clean but the outside area could use some sprucing up. The food didn’t have a whole lot of storage or a closet even but ample for a weekend getaway.”

“Room was dirty and white tub was brown. There was no inside lock in door and I felt unsafe. Definitely not a place I would let my family stay. There was a sign at front desk stating no refunds after 15 minutes, I now know why. Since I prepaid I was out of luck.”
