“They have stolen my cleaning security fee. It has been over a month without a return. It was sketchy enough that it was not included in the original Expedia price. It was something they sprung on me at the counter and I had to force them to give me a receipt. ”

“There was a very visible black hair in the bathtub. I have grey hair. In the morning a man knocked at 10:26 and then opened the door before I could answer to see if I had left yet. Very rude, should not have done this unti 11:00 or after.”

“The motel was fine in all aspects but when got there we were told Expedia had refused our credit card which was perfectly good and didn’t give us any idea about why. We had to use a different card and I believe pay their fee not what we had agreed upon. ”
