“This was a perfect overnight stop on a long drive. Great bed and the coffee at breakfast was excellent. ”

“The hotel is conveniently located near I-95 and offers safe and easy parking. The room and bathroom was dated, but it was a tradeoff, considering the price and convenience when on a road trip. It was also about 18 min from downtown Savannah so we were able to spend a couple of hours sightseeing there before heading north. “Allow dogs eat food off the floor. In the breakfast area. Bathroom not as clean as other Avid hotels that I’ve stayed in. NEVER stay at this one again”

“Bathroom was not very clean. There was a brown smear on the outside of the toilet that appeared to be dried stool. I did not inspect it closely. The room temperature was fine & the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very basic. It would be nice if yogurt was added to the choices. The waffle maker worked well. “I am so used to staying at Sleep Inns that are pretty nice. This one had no indoor pool, no hot breakfast, the AC barely worked, we were given only one bath towel each and one washcloth for a two night stay. The drink machine took our money several times. there was also only a shower and no bath tub. The showerhead was so small and the water pressure was weak so you really couldn’t take a really nice shower. Plus the toilet tissue had the consistency of rough paper towels. You only take away is they didn't have an elevator and I carry my bags upstairs but someone in their 60s I feel it should have been an elevator because I have bad knees so I was really afraid of falling backwards while going up stairs. ”
