“Eccellente rapporto qualità - prezzo. L‘albergo é nuovissimo, la nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita, con tutti mobili, angolo cucina, bagno nuovo… un bel terrazzo e sopratutto un letto grande e comodissimo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e nonostante abbiamo passato solo 2 notti alla fine della nostra vacanza, é una struttura che consiglio a tutti anche per un soggiorno più lungo, in quanto é a pochi cento metri da Dover Beach, Lawrence Gap e per cui spiagge, bar, ristoranti, taxi e supermercati...

“Mini-appartamento soppalcato nel cuore della vecchia San Juan, lungo Calle Fortaleza. Pulitissimo e dotato di tutto. Due note negative: mai incontrata la proprietaria (o chi gestisce la struttura) e la mancanza di finestre. Per il resto, solo cose positive, come l'odore di pulito, il confort dei letti, la buona connessione wi-fi, la posizione centrale e la comunicazione WhatsApp con la proprietaria. “Non siamo andati in questo hotel a causa dell'uragano Dorian che avrebbe attraversato le Bahamas il giorno dopo. Innanzitutto: il soggiorno non aveva la tariffa rimborsabile MA data la situazione di ESTREMO pericolo, pensavo che ciò sarebbe bastato ad essere rimborsati. Ma nonostante non aver ricevuto nemmeno un euro del nostro rimborso, abbiamo pagato ben 30 dollari di tassa di PULIZIA ( così specificato nelle regole di hotels e dell'albergo ) di una camera di cui non abbiamo MAI usufruito....

“The owner/contact person was responsive, accommodating, and courteous. This was the case for check and when a couple of random questions came up during the stay. The apartment (unit A) was secure, clean, and all basic necessities (towels, etc.) were made available as well as extras (dish soap/sponge, a few basic cooking seasonings, cups/plates/utensils). The apartment also has some basic decorations that make it a bit more homelike. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

“What a great place to relax! We made a last minute decision to take a quick few days away to celebrate our anniversary. Our host Lisa contacted us before we even left the US to give us some arrival details, which was very helpful. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen items we needed, but we had to supply all the food. The grounds, large pool area, and boardwalk to the beach were kept very clean. “The property was in perfect location so close to the beach restaurants thay yoi dont need car we love it, the bedroom super clean kitchen we didnt use but need a little update but people there and cleaning is perfect! Definitely recommended and I will return ”

“The apartment we got was so cozy and cute it had two balconies everything was clean , the water did go out ( which comes with the PR Life) but they were so helpful and replied quickly and got us a new apartment with an extra bedroom and close to downtown area and still close to where we were staying. I’ll be using Otium rentals next time I come back to PR specifically. ”
