“Stayed for 3 nights at start of vac. As advertised..Cabin on a Pier. Unique but very cool. Fantastic sunsets from either cabin. Fish house and a local pub within walking distance. Host very nice and accommodating. Will be back for sure. Not soon enough. Thanks”

“This cabin was accurately described in the listing - it had all the basic necessities. The bed was comfortable and the living space was open with lots of windows. And of course, the beach with a lovely swimming area and no one else around was wonderful. Loved the hammock! We knew about the cold shower and were fine with that. The only downside was the resident dog (not Rain). He's young, friendly and playful. Also ill-mannered, mouthy, jumps up, nips at toes and legs and barks like a maniac...

“Had an excellent time! It was our first time camping and I am definitely more comfortable with showers and facilities rather than setting up a tent. The owners were excellent and the locals are so friendly! Highly recommend this place, but definitely bring industrial strength bug spray”

“We enjoyed our stay at Donnaa house very much. The view as well as the house is incredible. The kitchen offers all you need and the rooms are spacous and airy. My friend was ill but Donna helped us quick and was always here when we needed something. The only hard thing was the last bit of the road which is very steep. “Personal, friendly and welcoming staff. Our unit was spacious and private but needed screens in our windows. No air conditioning, so the need of fans and windows opened were necessary. Shuttle service to and from the airport need to be listed as an amenity for the property. The road to the property is precarious to say the least, and taxi cabs do not want to go the last 1/4 mile. Obtain the telephone number to the property and they will meet you where the pavement ends. Seclusion and peace...

“The sound of the river was so majestic we asked owner to turn off waterfalls in pool! Beautiful outdoor space. We played cards one night on the pool deck. Close to town and adventurous activities. Only negatives were shower was cold and pool was colder, but that didn't stop us.”

“The location requires a car, 4x4 ideally, but once you find it it’s a wonderful peaceful place with all the amenities you need. There was even a bottle of wine and some food to see us through the first night. The cabin is ideal for people that want out of the hustle and bustle and want to relax in nature, with the dogs, chickens and birds making a regular appearance. Highly recommend a visit!”
