“Staff not kind, resort good”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“Struttura sorprendente per acquari e giardini tenuti perfettamente . La spiaggia , bellissima, troppo affollata, disorganizzata con lettini fatiscenti e pessimo servizio. Sembra di stare in un complesso balneare di bassissimo livello. Tantissima gente nell hotel che urla e schiamazza. Le camere sono spaziose e bel tenute. Nel complesso deludente.”

“Super convenient! 2 blocks from the beach. Minutes from the airport. We got a suite because we’re with a toddler and infant. Bummer that there weren’t any cribs available. We mad due. The room was huge. Had an actual bathtub which was nice with the kids.”

“The Morgan Resort is beautiful resort- with breathtaking views of the ocean and a very short walk to the famous and beautiful Maho Beach. The infinity pool is stunning and was a very comfortable temperature! There were no issues getting seats or towels. For the most part, the staff were very friendly and eager to provide the best hospitality experience for their guests. Our room was modern and a formidable size. The bed was comfortable - I would have loved a comforter or more bedding. I know...

It’s gated and located in a safe area with many excellent local food options but honestly the resort’s restaurant Maui Maui Bar and Grill is fantastic and affordable. The pool area is amazing and beach is breathtaking and more secluded. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and offer so many activities and events. The rooms are spacious, updated, and clean. Highly recommend! ”

“Albergo vecchio e da ristrutturare. La spiaggia inoltre non è assolutamente quella di sabbia bianca ed idilliaca come se ne trovano sull'isola : è di sabbia più scura e ciò è veramente una brutta scoperta all'arrivo.Servizio e cibo nei ristoranti veramente scadente... Una vera delusione. ”

“Rispetto alle strutture di Palme Beach questo hotel offre molti servizi. Il personale è sempre disponibile, educato e sorridente. Le camere sono rinnovate e ben pulite. Così come negli spazi comuni. Tutto molto curato.La colazione conviene includerla visto il prezzo irrisorio paragonandola ad altre strutture vista la qualità che offrono. Si può scegliere tra colazione a buffet o alla carta, dipende da dove si decide di farla. Ristoranti validi con buona qualità. Spiaggia, piscine o isola...

“They receive money for a 5 stars hotel (334,83€ every night for 12 night in February in Santo Domingo... not Paris...), but they have really perharps 2 stars! Rooms ample but terribly humid. Old buildings and old fornishings. No maintenance. Food good for a restaurant for trackers... non for a 5 stars hotel! They poured the water with an insect inside, no problem, they continued to pour from the same water pitcher in others tables... Beach every day windy, and tons of seaweed, a farm tractor put...

We did not have to stress about booking activities outside the resort. Ask for Breilin for your Private concierge!!! ”
