“The room was comfortable and clean, two of my highest priorities! The staff was exceptional throughout all departments. Bell Service, registration, casino floor staff, restaurant staff, poolside staff, etc. All excellent. I even made a formal COMPLIMENT to the casino manager as all the employees were helpful and many went beyond and above. The amenities are awesome. Never need to leave the resort! This was my 2nd trip and there will be many more.”

“One of the evening receptionists, a shorter woman with glasses, was excellent! She went above and beyond to help me when I was facing some issues related to my reservation. My debit card was cancelled due to my travels and although she was not allowed to accept cash deposits, she took a cash deposit from me and even lowered it so she wasn’t taking all of my money. “This was the coolest place I've stayed and so affordable. We had our own studio hacienda. Fireplace, tiled shower, jetted soaking tub. Couch, table, fridge, microwave. Everything you could want. They have wine tasting free that we enjoyed. Restaurant on site was amazing. Absolutely wonderful.”
