“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”

“The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least.”

“The accomodation Is a nice and clean hostel therefore you must be aware that no sheets are in the beds, fortunately we has our sacs, so we did not asked for them them I do not know if tgey can be rented. Check It. Instad covers are provided for free. Another issue we found Is that It Is indicated simply as RAD so not look for the label "Colorado Adventure". ”

“The suites are really well set up. Kitchen is well thought out and everything works. Bath fixtures need an update but everything works. Location is very convenient”

“It's needing a lot of TLC. Very run down, trash everywhere, weeds over grown. I appreciate the price and the room was decent, but breakfast was limited not remotely appetizing. Would not return but if you're on an extreme budget it would be for you.”

“The room was very spacious and well organized. Jadin at the front desk was very helpful explaining the Hilton honor program. He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. This a awesome staff”

“Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. ”
