“The room was very large with a full kitchen which I wasn't expecting. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The people at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. It also included breakfast. I would stay here again. ”

“The rooms are spacious and clean. Great view from our window. We were passing through and wanted to visit Garden of the Gods. We found the hotel close to the interstate and also very close to Garden of the Gods. Am very happy we booked a return stay as we head back home. ”

“I arrived to check in at 5pm (check in starts at 4pm) and was told that the room that I had initially booked and paid extra for was already given to someone else. Other than that, the property was a older but well kept. The bar and restaurant was very good and convenient, The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. ”

“I want to start off with the positives; the front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Now onto the nitty gritty. Our room was not clean. The shower drain in our room was clogged and the fan did not circulate at all. The pool was very dirty, including a glass that had been there the entirety of our stay and not picked up as well as “floaters” in the pool. “The pool was closed for majority of our stay, breakfast was cold most days. Cheap ingredients and my fiancé had to fix the waffle machine herself as in the rep preparing breakfast instructed her to fix it vs fixing it for her. Expedia needs to update amenities that aren’t available prior to booking as we had already driven 14 there before finding out. ”

“The front desk lady was nice and the room was clean. Otherwise, it was pretty bad. Walls and doors so thin can hear everything, including people dragging their luggage thru the parking lot. The free breakfast had no meat, no eggs - pretty much danish and make your own pancake. The shower soaps and conditioner didn't work or were empty. The wifi password did not work”

“I arrived on the day of a snow storm. My rooms window wasn’t 100% sealed so cold air leaked into the room, and I couldn’t offset this with the heater because the heater was broken.. ”
