He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. “The staff was really nice and responsive the common areas were nice but need ice. The room was a great size but it was dirty, food crumbs on the beds trash on the floor, and it wasnt stocked no handsoap or extra toilet paper. There was a kitchenette but no utensils. The tiles in the bathroom were teetering and missing grout the curtains were broken in the bedroom. “I specifically asked not to be placed by the elevator and they placed us by the elevator and pool with the pool deck outside our room. I requested to be moved and they did accommodate us. The wifi wasn't working and when we called downstairs, no one answered for over thirty minutes. When we walked downstairs there were three people sitting at the front desk. “We had a clean room with a very comfortable bed. We were able to comfortably visit with family in the suite, which was great. The breakfast was excellent! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I was surprised to have to pay $15 a night for parking. One elevator was out of order, which slowed the other one down because everyone had to use just one. We liked the location. It was easy to get to the highway.”

“The room itself was fine for the week. However, better security is needed. My car was set on fire on Monday the 1st early. Not the way to start the move to Colorado Springs. I would like to have some sort of remuneration (money) for said fire since it wasn't my fault. Otherwise, it was a good stay. But I won't stay there again.”

“Tried checking in at 10:35pm I was told they were having problems with Expedia, and didn’t have my reservation, even after presenting my confirmation. Of course they were booked. Told me I need to call Expedia for refund, and made no other effort for me to find a room on a very busy night with many of the surrounding hotels full.”
