“The rooms needed proper and towels needed better cleaning. Hair everywhere (floor, towels) and stained blanket . It would help if description said in bold letters that daily house keeping is not included. I would not choose to stay again unless I had no other choice.”

“My biggest issue was I was on the first floor and the maids in the morning from 8 o’clock on we’re talking very loud and cackling. It was impossible for me to sleep past 8 AM.”

“Everything was great only thing I will say is the guy that checks the pool at night did have a slight attitude because we were a little behind on time when the pool was closing we literally just didn’t know what time it was. Also there were stains on the cushions on the couch I also realized we were sneezing a lot in the room first thought were it must have been a dog in there. So I think maintenance should do better cleaning the rooms my allergies were through the roof. Besides that everything...

Camere ok con comodo letto king e silenziose, wifi ok, aria condizionata, ampio parcheggio, il bagno andrebbe rinnovato. Altri servizi in camera: frigo, ampio schermo tv, ferro da stiro, phon, microonde, caffettiera usa, asse da stiro. La cassaforte non funziona, non forniscono cuffie per doccia, shampoo. “All in all it was a nice hotel. However, 10 minutes before we checked in the the hotel lost power and the generator didn't kick on but the staff waived the parking fee for us so that was helpful. My only complaint is that the following day when my toddler was looking forward to going in the pool at 830 am we were told that we couldn't because they needed to clean it and that it wouldn't be ready for 2-3 hours because of the chemicals. Probably wouldn't have mattered too much during the week but...
