“I’ve stayed at this hotel often. Location location location. This time my room seems to have been renovated. The bathroom specifically. Looks to be mostly new. And despite World Cup soccer and weddings and business meetings the property felt wide open and spacious. Parking is a little more expensive this time. The front desk staff and coffee shop cafe staff are permanently happy and smiling. I will be staying here again.”

“I have been and stayed at this hotel many times, and it’s always been a good experience. Not so much bang for my buck. $250 for a bed for the night is, in my opinion, over the top, but thats just me. To that, I find the staff full of attitude and very unhelpful. Upon checking in, I stood at the desk in front of the young lady that was in duty for about 30 seconds. “Ottimamente dislocato, vicino la fermata dell'autobus per NYC, l'hotel è gradevole pur necessitando di manutenzione ordinaria per l'intero edificio. Camere ok con comodo letto king e silenziose, wifi ok, aria condizionata, ampio parcheggio, il bagno andrebbe rinnovato. Altri servizi in camera: frigo, ampio schermo tv, ferro da stiro, phon, microonde, caffettiera usa, asse da stiro. La cassaforte non funziona, non forniscono cuffie per doccia, shampoo. “The room was not that clean. There was long hair inside the shower before I even used the shower. Walls were not cleaned and it was dusty inside. The balcony was filty dusty. Other than that the room was comfortable. I paid for a breakfast included hotel and there was ZERO breakfast served. Just coffee. If you are not serving what you offer, please update your services. The hotel is nice, just gotta make sure you clean the rented rooms a little carefully. The staff was friendly and professional....

“The jacuzzi had black mold in the calking around tub. The shower being in the jacuzzi with no grab handles is extremely dangerous. Also the bathroom floor was higher than the room floor stubbed my toe a few times.”
