“This was our first time in Costa Rica. The location of the condo was perfect for being able to walk everywhere. The beach was very close. The condo pool was easy to get to and fun with a swim up pool bar. There was plenty of room to spread out, have fun dinners or relax in your room. The balconies were great to experience the sunrises and watch the sun go down over the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.”

“Casita Del Mar was the perfect to place to stay in Tamarindo! It is literally steps from the beach and a short walk into Tamarindo. Roger and Pat were excellent hosts. The property is beautiful and very private. It is almost impossible to find something right on the beach so Casita Del Mar is a gem! “The apartment was as advertised and the owners were very communicative and helpful. Loved the fact that we could walk to just about anywhere downtown (made trips to Escalante, Central Market area, San Pedro Mall...and the Zoo is literally next door. We paid to visit in the morning and they let us go back in that afternoon without paying. Only "issues" we had was no AC (bedroom ceiling fan)and my 1st world comforts spouse had issues with throwing TP in the waste receptacle rather than flushing....

“Exactly as shown. Absolute beautiful & right on the ocean. If you are looking for some place very quiet this is it. Easy to walk to a few local restaurants & vendor that sells fresh fruits & veggies. Need a car or take Ubers to get anywhere else so if you are looking for somewhere with a lot going on this probably isn’t the place for you.”

“This location and property are incredible. The fact that it has tall, open trees to see all three types of monkeys, Scarlet Macaws, Toucans and a creek to see basilisks running on the water and a glimpse of a tamandua at night make it ideal to experience the wildlife. We spent a ton of time just watching from the patio. This is the ideal Costa Rica VRBO. Property is well maintained and clean. “The condo was clean, spacious very comfortable. Amazing. Ocean view from the balcony. Great amenities at Croc’s. The furniture can use a little bit of updating, but everything worked fine. The location is great. It’s a quiet area of Jacó. The security guard at the entrance was very helpful and courteous. I will keep coming back to the Palms every time.”

“Modern, up-to-date apartmanets, great lay out, lots of light anf life, convieniently located, great dining places in the same block, one small market in the same mall area and bigger grocery store near by, fantastic service by every single staffer, Rebeca is a sweetheart, and Kellyana is on top of things. I go to CR every year once year and always go to a different place, but from now own, Apartamentos Cityzen will be my Tico-Home.”
