“It is a basic condo with room for family, quiet location on outskirt of the main streets. Bring your own items for kitchen, no coffee maker or toaster. We didn't feel comfortable walking to beach from this distance but you could walk it. We enjoyed ourselves.”

“Great location, close enough to Tamarindo downtown but a bit away to be quiet. The unit is clean and as described. Everything we needed was available. The grounds are secure and well taken care of. The access to the beach is great and the view is amazing. Sitting on the balcony in the morning and at the end of the day was a great way to start and end the day.”

“We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from our patio and balcony. We were greeted by a family of monkeys in the tree above our patio they day we checked in which was very cool. Condo is well located for visiting several of the beautiful beaches nearby, It was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. A couple items listed in amenities (hair dryer & iron) were not in the condo when we arrived but we reported it to the host who quickly responded and brought us those items.”

“This property was absolutely amazing. Location cannot be any better in Tamarindo. The pool area was spectacular with easy access to beach. Watching the sunsets from our outdoor living space was so peaceful. Highly recommend. We will definitely repeat in the near future.”

“The property is very nice and somewhat secluded from the hustle of Tamarindo. But not too far, walking distance to the night market, bars and beach. If I can give one tip. Leave the lock box outside on the gate since it is used for other properties as well. Enjoy your stay here!!”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Villa!! The locations was perfect for us, 5-10 minute walk to the beach, or town, just far enough away that we didn’t hear the nightlife once we settled in. Tamarindo is an amazing town, with so so so much to do! The food trucks, restaurants & bars are within walking distance from the villa, made for some fun nights!! “We didn't have a good experience. Arrived and the power didn't work. Had to find the breaker box and flip power on. Towels were mildewy, living room had a musty smell. Beds were not comfortable. Guards closed the gate on my rental car as I was talking with them -- scraped the car door. We actually left after 2 nights to move to a different place we found online. We've asked for our money back on the nights we didn't stay there. Waiting to hear back.”

“Overall great property. Our second stay at this unit. Great location, great property. Curtains need attention. Last year also noted. Not on track and had to use chip clips to close completely. Ceiling fan on main porch still not working. Last year had bird nest which has been removed, still unable to turn on. Bedroom with twins did not cool properly. Did not request repairs for these issues as not that big of a problem. Dishwasher leaked, mgmt. did send someone, but was not able to repair. Would...

“Overall unit was clean, good size and AC worked well. Location was great. A short walk away from the tourist activity and the beach. There was a generator or something outside of the second bedroom which was very noisy day and night. That was an issue. Safe was not usable. It would have been nice to have the use of some beach chairs or toys. Many other units rented in other countries had a few toys to use.”

“We loved the fact that we had plenty of space. We were a party of 4 and all had our own rooms (well, my husband and I shared) and bathrooms which was AMAZING. The smoke detector was beeping all the first night so we called the manager and they sent someone over that took care of it but not the way we would have expected. He took the battery out and said he would have to get another one later. I think that batteries for something like that should be on hand and being without a smoke detector in...

“If you are looking for a trip to stay at the beach to surf or swim, this is a good place. It is nice, safe, secure, has most all of the basic necessities and my hosts were kind and helpful when I had questions or needed anything. It was close to a busy street and restaurants so there was a lot of noise at times. It was right on the main road yet near the end of it so you can walk to get to all the shops and restuarants.”

“Great location close enough to all the action yet far enough to avoid the noise. Great pool to lounge at or walk down to the beach in 5 minutes to watch the sunset. Lots of food and drink options and added security at night with a guard. Felt safe the entire time in town and around. ”
