Sunrise Condos and this unit in particular were perfect to be able to stay together, not be crowded, and access anything in Tamarindo very easily. Once we parked, we never needed to use the car as everything is in walking distance. Check in process was super simple although it's confusing as to why you have to go to Marlin del Rey to get a key when you just use a code to access to the unit. Also, the parking guard was...

“We had a water leak from AC system, sent a message and was fixed the next day. The location is very close to the beach and many restaurants. The unit does need a deep clean wiping down exterior cupboards, walls, floors. Thinking the cleaning service runs in and out too fast. I would return the unit is a good size and has all you need for a great vacation. Pool area is clean and plenty of chairs to relax in.”

“My family and I enjoyed Casa Creativa! Sydney is beyond helpful and attentive!! Loved that both bedrooms had bathrooms. The pool is nicely located right outside the unit. My favorite is that the condo is in the heart of town, making walking to dinner, shops, groceries extremely easy! Would go back in a heart beat!”

“We stayed here for 3 weeks in February with 2 young kids and 3 adults. The was responsive and helpful if we ever needed anything. This place was a pleasant surprised. We were taken aback on how much space the living area had. The Master bedroom was large and had a walk in bathroom. The second bedroom had bunk beds, which would be ideal for kids. There is a separate 'common' area with the bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom so that you can close off the living room/kitchen area if you need to keep...
