“The house is modern, bright, airy and fully equipped with all amenities. Loved the morning visits by the resident monkeys. Perfect location close to private beach which has spectacular sunsets each night. Beach club is awesome and Playa Avallena is such a great, beautiful beach for surfing and boogie boarding. Melissa is a great host, super available and responsive! Don't miss the waterfall tour and catamaran tour and dinner at Lola's at sunset!”

“We came to Tamarindo for a wedding, but didn’t want to stay at the hotel. There were 7 adults in our group who wanted something more private so we chose Hacienda del Pacifico. Pros: Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Courtyard area with pool and outdoor kitchen was AMAZING. Cleaning service came on certain days. Property felt safe and secure. Check in/out was very easy. Host was very responsive and helpful. Access to the beach was VERY convenient. House provided beach chairs, towels, ice...

We had 10 adults celebrating a 40th birthday and it couldn't have been any better than this - all of us said we would come back to this area and this house. Miguel is awesome - he helped us book ziplining, private chef, private catamaran tour and arranged transportation from the airport. All top notch service and amazing people who we interacted with. “Cannot say enough great things about Casa Howler. We were four adults and four children. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything (air fryer, Nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, Tupperware, full knife block, glasses for EVERY beverage imaginable [champagne, red wine, white wine, margaritas, beer, high ball, scotch, and drinking water] only missing a potato/carrot peeler…and I’m sure they’ll add that!). “We just had an incredible spring break with 3 families at Casa de Luz-3 older teens stayed in the Casita which was perfect for them and the adults and other children stayed in the main house. The pool set up is beautiful and shady by late afternoon. The beach is wonderful to watch sunsets. You need water shoes to get in the ocean at low tide and it is not advised to swim at high tide due to the rocks. The house is beautiful, the staff is fabulous and made as breakfast each morning, cleaned...
