LA VILLA Villa La Selva è la tua oasi tropicale privata. Una moderna sala all'aperto a bordo piscina ombreggiata offre il massimo della vita tropicale interna-esterna. Una vasca idromassaggio riscaldata che scorre nella piscina a sfioro consente di godersi la villa giorno e notte. Linee pulite e moderne fluiscono attraverso la cucina in un bellissimo tavolo da pranzo in legno, preparando la scena per pasti memorabili (consigliamo vivamente una notte di catering dal team di Pura Vida Catering è un must!)

HACIENDA PINILLA BEACH CLUB L'Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club si trova proprio sulle rive di Playa Avellanas, con una piscina a sfioro affacciata sul famoso surf break di Little Hawaii. Il Beach Club ha qualcosa per tutti, che si tratti di cocktail e frullati di frutta dal Tiki Bar a bordo piscina, rilassati sui lettini a bordo piscina, navigando in una delle pause di classe mondiale di Playa Avellanas, allenandoti nel centro fitness con vista sull'oceano o rilassandoti con un massaggi nel centro benessere, è l'ultima giornata in spiaggia!
Beach Club ha una chiusura annuale nel mese di ottobre di ogni anno.

Come ospite di Villa La Selva, l'ingresso al beach club costa $ 10, che viene poi utilizzato come credito presso il bar e il ristorante del beach club (pagato solo una volta al giorno e per i 12+ anni)

My family of six stayed for a week in February. Because of the outdoor space, there was plenty of room for our four teenagers to spread out. My husband and I loved opening the shades in the morning to overlook the patio/pool area. We enjoyed all of the natural light throughout the back of the house and the master bedroom! All of the staff associated with the property were very responsive. We did have several minor issues that needed tending to and each time help was sent within hours. Keyla, the morning house helper, was awesome. She made breakfast a few times, did laundry, unloaded the dishwasher and kept all of the spaces clean. If you are renting a car, I would forgo the golf cart. There is no reason to have both. In fact, due to the distance of the grocery store and local restaurants, a car actually makes more sense. We did several excursions where there was transportation provided but we also used our own car for an adventure, to get groceries multiple times, and for meals out. Plus, we drove and parked at the Beach Club (no charge for parking). Overall, it was a great trip with some minor inconveniences that were fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

The property is located within the Avenida Pinilla community which includes access to multiple beaches and the clubhouse. The best surprise was having a housekeeper who kept the house tidied up and made amazing breakfast for us each day. The neighborhood is so nice and extremely safe. The nature surrounds you everywhere you go. A truly unbelievable experience for our family!

So glad to have found such an amazing property for our recent stay in CR. Although we’ve been many times, this was our first visit to this particular area and the first time it rained every day! The house was perfect size to keep our family close but give us space (especially on those rainy days) with all the comforts of home. The cleaning service is every day, except Sundays and unfortunately the person assigned to our house was new and not as great of a cook as some of the others from what we understand, but she tried and was very sweet. Highly recommend Chef Garrett who cooked us an outstanding dinner! You can’t entirely tell from the pics but all the showers are 100% outside. While beautiful not always practical with the rain, bats, bugs, and large frogs that want to join you :). The property manager was super responsive and helpful in removing any unwanted guests. Overall great experience 🌟

The villa is exactly as showed in the pictures . Calm and serene with every bedroom lovely outdoor shower . Diane made 3 brunches all lovely. We went to the beach club twice very nice . The concierge organized reservation at La Purraja for beach front dinner . Highly recommend this place! Thank you

This property was perfect for our group of 6 (2 parents and four 17-18 year olds). The kids had enough room to spread out and opt for the pool at the house or take the golf cart to the beach club. The daily housekeeper was amazing and she cooked breakfast for us one morning at our request. There are plenty of towels (take your own to the beach club) and amenities. The management team was quick to respond to our requests and helpful. Lola's at sunset is a must!

This is a truly beautiful home, exactly as the pictures show. It's located in a perfect, quiet spot within Hacienda Pinilla, as it backs onto the golf course, not a major road or another house.

A beautiful home with access to gorgeous private beaches. Even had some monkey and deer visitors in the backyard. Joel and Mergie were incredibly helpful in planning our stay and we’re always available when needed. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Amazing property. We love our house cleaner (DeAnna) who made us a special breakfast every morning! I’m still in awe that we got to stay in such a beautiful place. Our whole group of 8 LOVED it!!! Would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat. The only downside was the distance and time it took to get to Tamarindo (or to the grocery store). We ended up booking a surfing lesson for my daughter and us adults with Omar (best instructor ever!) and met at Lola’s restaurant. That was so good and the beach was so nice we ended up going there several times and was the vibe we hoped for when visiting CR. Overall felt very safe and loved the people and service

We have stayed all over the US and many Countries in a lot of high end homes and this one did not disappoint! Amazing hosts and the home is beautiful with amazing design qualities. I would highly recommend this! The JW Marriott is also just a short golf cart ride. We rented a cart that was at the home when we arrived and picked up after we left. It was just me, my wife, and 9 year old daughter but you could easily do two families! The JW was a good way to add some entertainment and grab a bite during the day especially for our daughter. Joel and Mergie were so helpful before and during our stay. They helped with transportation, groceries and baby equipment that made our stay as a large family easy. Our housekeeper was a delight and was an added bonus for this property.

House well maintained & very nice as pictured. Housekeeping was excellent & management responsive to our needs. The only downside was a bit isolated so a car is a must. We only had a golf cart which could only be useful to go to beach club or the Marriott. Tennis & pickle ball also nearby by golf cart.

Eight of us (adults) stayed at this property. There was ample room to all gather together or retreat to our own space. Huge covered deck, pool and hot got used by all of us. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies provided. There are a few nearby markets (10-15 minute drive) with everything you will need. If you want to watch movies/shows in English, download from your streaming services prior to going. You will need a direct connection to plug in to the TV USB. Otherwise, 95% of the programs are in Spanish. The community beach club had the best Poki and Ceviche. You pay $10 per person to access the pool/gym/restaurant. You get to apply this access fee to any food/drink you buy. The property manager, Mergie, was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. She even recommended a couple of great tours. We had daily housekeeping as part of our package. She laundered all the towels/bedding, cleaned and cooked breakfast for us every day (you will need to buy the food for her to cook.) The high point of our trip was the private chef Mergie recommended, Garrett - owner of Pura Vida Catering. He and his wife were amazing cooks and were a great source of local info. This was the best food we ate on our trip. Kim R.

Villa La Selva was a perfect spot to enjoy Hacienda Pinilla. Joel and Mergie were always available to help in any way they could . Julia, the housekeeper, came in every morning with a smile on her face and kept the house beautifully. Location of the house was perfect - close to JW Marriott and the wonderful Beach Club. We will be back!

This property is beautiful and very well maintained. Joel did a wonderful job catering to every request we threw at him. He recommended excursions and provided a driver for several dinners. There is also a lot of privacy on this property to enjoy the beautiful deck, spa and pool. We enjoyed the pickleball courts and the Marriott property nearby. My only wish is that there were more restaurant options closer to the property (we did find an excellent pizza delivery option close by - key after a long day of activities). If we did it again, I think we'd have a cook come in a night or two. Thank you to the team and all your hospitality.

A great property that we all (9) truly enjoyed. Great communication from Joel and Mergie was a real ROCK STAR with all her help getting us in touch with local vendors (car rental) during a very busy time of the year. The property of Haciend Pinilla has something for everyone and we are already looking forward to returning next year.

Our group of 6 had the perfect combination of action and relaxation! Management was so helpful with any questions we had . We also had wonderful relaxation hanging out at the house enjoying the pool and sitting porches. Luxury! I have already recommended this house and trip to so many people! Everything about this home was incredible. The property itself is more beautiful than the pictures present. Mergie, the home manager is very helpful. The home is close to numerous beaches, Tamarindo, horseback riding, zip-lining and catamaran rentals. We will definitely be back.

We had a party of 8 (4 couples) and the management company ( Margie) went above and beyond with our requests. Prior to our arrival, Margie assisted us with all of our needs to include; assistance with breakfast service, rental vehicles, excursion for one day, resort amenities, golf tee times and restaurant recommendations. On day 1, Margie was there to greet us and give us the lay of the land. Day 2 we were able to enjoy a day of golf with no issues. Day 3 we went to the resort and enjoyed poolside/beach accommodations. The evening of day 3 we had some air conditioning issues but they were out immediately to address it and was back up and working. Day 4, we went on our day long excursion with Sosa who was a fantastic guide. In the evening, we had Chef Gary prepare an amazing dinner for 8 to celebrate two birthdays (set up by Margie). Julie was our cleaning lady and made breakfast for us 3 out of the 5 days we were there and she was also amazing. Last minute, some of the couples wanted to stay a couple of more nights and Margie helped secure the a house next door. The house and the services were outstanding and would definitely stay again. The roads are a little rough getting to the house, but that was quickly forgotten due to the amazing service! Well done Management and thank you for a great time!
