“They have staff on 24hrs a day. The 2 room suites include kitchenette with fridge, small stove, plates & utensils. All rooms come with a programable safe to keep valuables in. Very quiet and peaceful. Having a free breakfast included is very nice. located centrally and very close to ferry terminal. This was my second stay at the property. Rates are very reasonable!”

“The property was clean although a lot of critter droppings outside the unit. Staff was friendly, food was plentiful. Kind of turned off by the "membership push" but it is what they do so I get it. Would be nice if there was some alternative, inexpensive transportation to get around the island during the stay, but again I get it is an all inclusive. Overall everything was typical for this type of trip. ”

“Siamo rimasti in questo hotel solo una notte, quindi non avevamo grosse pretese, volevamo solo fare un giro dell'isola con una jeppetta. L'hotel è pulito, bagno nuovo e pulito, ma senza acqua calda (che in Messico non è un gran problema perché l'acqua fredda esce tiepida) e poca pochissima pressione per fare la doccia. Le finestre delle camera danno quasi tutte sul cortile interno dove passa la gente. Buono il bar. Noi avevamo un tariffa con colazione continentale, ma a disposizione degli ospiti...

“2nd stay at Melia. Staff is amazing! Attentive, smiling and gracious. Only (minor) complaint, food on the buffet was not a hot as I prefer. Very minor issue since there are many other food options. ”
