“We got in late from traveling about 11:15pm and they were very busy at this time. About 7 families checking in. They only had one person handling the desk and she also had to clean our 2 very expensive rooms. They were nice but you should not charge so much for the lack of service. I would very much like to have my credit card credited for at least one room ”

“Cramer Family Mountain Inn was the perfect stay for me to visit my niece at PSU during graduation weekend. The Inn was easy to find, check in was a breeze. It was quiet, the mattress was lovely and the place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Cramer Family Mountain Inn and I hope to be back in the future. ”
