“Good property with amenities. For a place with conference center, internet connection was poor. We couldn’t work from the hotel and had to find alternative workspace. The room service doesn’t seem to be regular either even though they had it listed as daily service. Our room was not cleaned until we asked. The staff are very friendly.”

“The lack of staff after hours and the lack of instructions made for a horrible experience for the entire family as we stood on the street unable to get in and the offsite Hotel staff member unable to help us and providing the wrong directions to enter. The hospitality manager from the Property company had to call me on his personal cell phone to give instructions on how to enter the premise 40min after we first arrived, finally entering our room after 11pm. Quite a horrible experience. ”
