“Nice stay with family”

“The hotel property is nice. However, we requested a turn down of our room with the front desk and they said it would be done by 3:30pm ,.. it was not done at all and we had to get ready in a dirty room for an evening event. We then requested two towels however they brought 2 toilet paper rolls instead ( huge delay) then we shared our experiences with the front desk and she said that’s “too bad” …. Based on the presumed rating of this hotel I was disappointed with the service”

“Clean room. Mattresses were average. Great location”

“It was very clean and pleasantly decorated. Staff was friendly. Plenty to choose from at breakfast. My only complaints are really trivial things. The hand soap dispenser in our bathroom was empty. Easy enough to reach into the shower to use that dispenser. The flashing light on the smoke detector was obnoxiously bright.”

“Maryjane was so helpful. I felt lost and she guided me where I needed to go. My kids loved her. My son even asked to go back and live with her. She was so sweet.she made my experience worth it.”

“Our stay at this property wasn’t the best for me, though it really is a beautiful place! We found the stafff not very helpful, on our first night I literally called there 5 times without a response, our tv wouldn’t allow us sound and when they finally got to our room, the young guy”

“Pessimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Prezzi da 5 stelle con camere e servizi da 1 stella (ma peggio di un motel dove almeno trovi la colazione inclusa). Struttura vecchia, quasi fatiscente. No ascensore per le camere che non sono al piano terreno (difficolta' per i bagagli). Nel secondo giorno di permanenza (rientrati a tarda sera con la brutta sorpresa che nessuno avesse rifatto la camera). Sconsigliato”
