“L'hotel si trova in una posizione scomoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse. Inoltre andrebbe decisamente ristrutturato, in particolare gli infissi dai quali entra aria. La colazione è decisamente misera.”

“Nice hotel in great surroundings. Let down only by the restaurant unfortunately. Service not great at times, ordered drinks which hadn't arrived by the time my food did so had to chase up.then the white wine whi h was £9.00 a glass was warm! £39.00 for a very average steak served with two halves of tomato and luke warm chips ! ”

“Ventilation was poor, we had no access to go onto the balcony due to door being locked. There was no windows in the room. No source of natural air. Not sure why dogs were allowed in the restaurant and it wasn't not a guide dog. ”

“despite asking fir a wet room none were available on first. night. so changed rooms no subtitles on original room only i'm disabled room temporary ramp on stairs too steep but otherwise they were very accommodating nothing was too much trouble. ”

“The room wasn't particularly clean, but it was fine. The w.c. it was spoiled and stained. Every time I took a shower the whole room flooded (you have to keep the curtain inside the tub to limit the leakage). Slight unpleasant smell when I entered the room. All in all, it's not the worst, but I was expecting something more from a 4 star Hotel which is also a wedding venue. I'm writing about the HOTEL, Maybe the restaurant and the spa are better as like they looks in the pictures.”

“Nonostante non parlassimo bene inglese, il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo e comprensivo, la nostra camera era al piano superiore ma, poiché mio marito utilizzava le stampelle per una frattura al piede, lo staff resosi conto del disagio si è immediatamente prodigato per agevolarlo, ci hanno spostato al piano terra in una stanza enorme. grazie ”

“Stayed here over the Christmas 2023 for 7 nights. As many reviewers have commented, the property is furnished to a high standard, with particularly comfortable beds. Some of the best we’ve had in a rental. The house is well located with views of Carsington Water and pub within walking distance. Lots to see and do within a short drive.
