Hotel con palestra in Galles

“We had a brilliant stay all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and although lots going on plenty of places to sit. We did have use of the pool and spa area which was o.k could do with updating a bit. And maybe a bit warmer. Room was clean and plenty big enough although bed was extremely uncomfortable. Me and my partner had a rough night sleep on a hard mattress which seemed to be wrapped tightly in a quilt. Would definitely return ...if we knew the mattresses were...

Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata. Il giorno dopo ho fatto la stessa cosa, mi sono messo la sveglia al cellulare 10 minuti prima, ho atteso che squillasse la sveglia hotel alle 630 am ma niente (la suoneria del telefono...

“Good position not so far from the city center. Unfortunately, the cleaning condition of the shared space and the room cleaning service is not good and need improvement”

“First room was a twin instead of a double the lady on reception changed us which was great the only other thing was that there was only one set of towels for 2 people & a glass each would be great as well.Food was great & all staff helpful.”
