“Beautiful grounds and location with excellent amenities. The restaurant was excellent with a great wine list and very friendly service. Would highly recommend for a getaway with that special person!”

“Hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in. If I had to be critical, the only two negatives are the noise in the swimming pool area, which they may not be able to change, extracting fans and no guaranteed parking. I left my vehicle in place the whole stay. The town centre is just around the corner and there are lots of different restaurants, and cafes.”

“A lovely hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The food in the bar was excellent with good service. Easy walking distance to a good range of shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely relaxing spa facilities after a day out walking. Good central location for walkers. Accomodation was comfortable and clean. Would give it a higher rating than 3 star. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.”
