“The staff was great! The service in our room was great! Everyone was curteous and friendly. My disappointment was the contruction, the noise, the person in next room was smoking on his balcony(smoke coming thru to my open balcony door) security knocking at his door 2 different days, early in the morning. “Stayed with our family of 5. Great location land facilities. Maybe not the easiest to get to the main Waikiki beach but still close enough to everything. We did have a rental car for our entire trip and the parking was easy in and out. The breakfast was great and the service as well. Great value for families, especially if young.”
